All our necklaces are strung on multiple strands of silk thread. Silk is the lovely, supple material traditionally used for pearl necklaces but it's not steel wire and you can't moor boats with it. Over time it'll get grubby and stretch, so industry experts recommend necklaces are re-strung from time to time. When you purchase a Grade AAA necklace we'll include a 'free restring' voucher (valid for 18 months for necklaces up to the standard 20 inches) so when the time comes, you can get your necklace refurbished without charge. Products are made to order and delivered (in the UK) in 4 working days unless otherwise stated.
UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day from dispatch) or by First Class Recorded Post (1-2 days from dispatch).
