PLEASE NOTE:
- It's not necessary to send items in their original boxes - that adds to the cost of postage. Just make sure the item is protected in bubble wrap or similar.
- Items will be returned to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery with standard insurance of up to £500. We do not accept liability for items lost or damaged by the Royal Mail.
- We sometimes receive pearls caked in make-up or badly affected by cosmetics. Whilst we'll do our best to clean and restore them, it may be impossible to undo the damage.
